RainboW-o-Men
RainboW-o-Men was founded in 2016 and officially started in 2017. The group’s envisions a community where intersectional feminism is the common language and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of young people, especially young women and transwomen, is realized. Their mission is to empower young people to break the silence and disrupt the status quo by not only making their voice heard but also making a difference in the issue of gender inequality and SRHR, including safe abortion rights.
They have established a social café called rainboW-o-Men café that employs young people who have not had the opportunity of employment, to run the space. The café has been providing a safe space for young people of all background (between the ages of 15 and 30) to come together periodically to discuss on issues that matters to them.
