Favorite Quote: “One should, for example, be able to see that things are hopeless and yet be determined to make them otherwise”. F. S. Fitzgerald

Clara is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is based there currently. She is a sociologist with a Masters in Design and Management of Public Policy (FLACSO). For over ten years, she has worked in different fields as a Sr Consultant, as Director and Manager at several nonprofits, and as teacher and academic researcher. She recently participated in the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program of Georgetown University with a project aiming to democratize impact measurement. At her last job at ZIGLA, she led projects on strategic planning, MERL systems, impact evaluations with cross-sector stakeholders. She’s a member of feminist networks in Argentina, and an active participant in international research networks. Since 2017 she’s also been a university professor for Social Policy (USAL). She is  a puzzle fan and would always rather be reading. She’s very curious and loves to learn, from guitar to Python. She speaks Spanish and English.
