Ololade is an English graduate and current graduate student at the Institute of African Studies, University of Ibadan, Nigeria with a designated emphasis in Gender Studies. As an early-career researcher, she has specific interests in African feminisms, intersectionality, feminist-democracy and visual culture. She has presented in local and international conferences and published some works in this regard.
She’s also an essayist, editor and activist, and runs a decidedly feminist blog called The Seventh Ally. She speaks English & Yoruba.
