FRIDA is proud to be backed by both institutional and individuals donors dedicated to supporting young feminist organizers in the Global South. Thanks to those powerful partnerships, since our first grantmaking cycle in 2012, FRIDA has awarded over 15.8 million USD in core support and funding + grants to support grassroots movements with flexible grants, and with a holistic capacity strengthening program designed to respond to the ever changing priorities and needs of the organizers.
At FRIDA, we believe that being “young” or “new” should not be the reason for not being able to access flexible funding and support needed to carry out crucial social justice work. That’s why we believe donating money is a political act. When you give to a cause you believe in, you are making a statement of values. Regardless of the amount, your contribution will help increase impact in a community of over 300 dynamic and courageous groups of young feminists working to end multiple forms of inequity.

You can mail a check or cash to our Collective Action Fund at the Tides Foundation
