We wanted to share a somewhat rare picture this month. The month of March is upon us and it is particularly known for worldwide celebration of International Women’s Day: a time to recognize countless women who value gender equality and fight towards achieving it in their own unique ways. To us, this picture symbolises that spirit. It is also a rare one because as a team based in different parts of the world, FRIDA staff comes together not too often. As a team working virtually, finding the necessary time to be together and planning feminist futures together is a luxury we cherish dearly. This picture was clicked in Kampot, Cambodia, where we held our annual staff meeting recently.
